Thank you for your interest in joining the Nation of Worshippers UK team.
Our team is made up of musicians, singers, technicians, intercessors, hospitality, creatives and other volunteers; people who desire to use the gifts God has given them to serve. Being part of Nation of Worshippers is both a ministry and a commitment.
As a member, you will need to dedicate time to rehearsals and meetings (especially in the lead-up to events), as well as commit to continually developing your gifts. Just as important as talent is character and lifestyle. We believe worship is not only about what we do on a stage but also about how we live day to day. Our lives should reflect the message we sing and serve with, pointing others to Jesus through both our words and our actions.
None of us are perfect, but we are all called to live in a way that honours God and makes space for His Spirit to move through us. Before applying, please take time to pray and honestly consider whether you are able to commit fully to this call, in both lifestyle and service. If now is not the right season, we encourage you to wait and apply in the future when you are ready.
About this application
This form has been carefully designed for your benefit, the team’s, and the mission. Please complete it as fully as possible, as it helps us get to know you better. Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee a place on the team.
If your application is accepted, the next step will depend on the area in which you’d like to serve.
- Vocalists and musicians will be invited to a relaxed music session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your gift and we can get to know each other better.
- Those interested in serving in other areas (e.g. hospitality, fundraising, intercession) will be invited to meet with one of the team for an informal one-to-one chat.
Final decisions will be prayerfully considered and confirmed by the Nation of Worshippers leadership team.
Our aim is simple: we do not elevate talent above authentic Gospel living. We exist to lead people in worship, bringing glory to God by knowing Him and making Him known.
