Clone of 2025 NUCA Top Project Award Submission

The winner of the Government & Legislative Affairs Activities award category receives two complimentary registrations to the 2026 Washington Summit, May 19 - 20 in Washington, DC. Travel and incidentals are not incldued.

This award honors chapters that demonstrate outstanding commitment to advancing NUCA’s advocacy efforts and strengthening the voice of the utility construction industry. Through collaboration with Members of Congress, key committees, industry coalitions, and by rallying support from dedicated members, these chapters drive meaningful action on the issues that matter most. By making effective use of NUCA’s Advocacy Center and its resources, honorees help members stay informed, engage directly with legislators, and ensure that the concerns of the utility construction industry are heard loud and clear at every level of government.

Awards are designed to celebrate chapter and member successes, highlight best practices, and inspire innovation across NUCA. Category winner will be recognized during the Awards Dinner, Thursday, February 12 in Tucson, AZ.

Guidelines
Chapter events and/or activities must have taken place between January 1, 2025, and December 25, 2025, to be eligible. All submissions MUST be received by December 31, 2025, late submissions will not be considered.

Judging
Entries will be reviewed by an anonymous panel ensuring a fair and impartial process. Submissions are judged on impact, innovation, alignment with NUCA’s mission, and their ability to serve as best practices for others.

Winner Notification Information
Winners will be notified via email by January 10, 2026. Award acceptance and recognition will take place during the Awards Gala at the National Convention in Tucson, AZ on February 12, 2026. Questions on submitting an application? Contact Catie Amsden, catie@nuca.com.
