PASC Deposit Form

A $10 deposit per routine is required to reserve your space.
There is no limit on the number of routines a studio may bring.
This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
During final registration, studios should come within 10 routines (plus or minus) of their requested amount to avoid an additional charge of $20 per routine.
You must request permission to exceed your estimated number of routines. (Availability will be on a first-come, first-served basis.)
Deposits must be sent to the National Treasurer’s Office and postmarked by December 1st.
