  • Rooms 4 Rent ATL offers roommate style apartments that are designed for immediate use upon availability. Sometimes life's circumstances may cause unfortunate set-backs and being homeless is a major concern in our city but through this housing initiative we aim at reducing homelessness in the city of Atlanta.

    We by-pass credit checks and follow a zero application fee policy to help individuals become eligible for our rooms. Our competitive rates, supportive services and friendly staff is what makes us different from the rest!

    If you are selected for a housing interview after the completion of this application our requirement is that you bring in your current government ID, social security card and 4 most recent pay stubs. Please note that we do verify documents presented to us.
