  • As a reminder: 

    Organizers may sell Event-specific sponsorship, including naming rights to Event.
    Naming rights must be listed in the Sanction Application and approved by ARA. Organizer is responsible for the creation of Event logo.

    ARA has added language to the 2026 Sanction agreement regarding event sponsors that are: OE auto manufacturers, oil and fuel companies, and tire manufacturers. In addition events must warrant that any sponsors are not in violation of state or local regulations (ie: CBD/Nicotine products).  If you have any potential sponsors that are in any of these sectors, please let us know so we can discuss.

  •  2026 National Sanction Fees:

    Base Sanction Fee: $11500 for 2 Day Event

    Additional Days: $1500 per Day (24 hour period)

    Per Car Fees based on cars listed on Provisional Start Order

       Each Car: $200

       Rallysafe Tracking & RS Lite: $160

    Test Days: $1500 per Day

    Includes $5M in Insurance Coverage for Event Days

  • 2026 Super Regional Sanction Fees: :

    Base Sanction Fee: $4000 for up to 2 Day Event

    Per Car Fee $200 (based on cars listed on Provisional Start Order)

    Additional Days: $1500 per Day (24 hour period)

    Test Days: $1500 per Day

    Includes $1M Insurance Coverage for Event Days

  • 2026 Regional Sanction Fees:: 

    Base Sanction Fee: $3500 for up to 2 Day Event (Includes first 15 entries)

    Per Car fee of $200 for each car over 15 (based on Provisional Start Order)

    Additional Days: $1500 per Day

    Test Days: $1500 per Day

    Includes $1M Insurance Coverage for Event Days

  • For 2026, we anticipate bringing the same equipment as 2025. 

    The equipment that will be at your event is:

    Regionals & Super Regionals:

    • 20'x20' (or equivalent) space for Sponsor activation in your main Expose (if applicable) and service park
    • Space for merchandise tent (10x10 or 10x20 varying) at your Exposes and service park

    National:

    • All of the above plus
    • ARA Podium trailer 26'L - 60' long if driveover (at all Nationals, at Regionals if feasible and budgets allow)
    • 24' Race control trailer
    • 36' Hospitality motorcoach with (2) 10x20 Tents
    • Impound/Tech Tents (20'x50')
    • Pirelli Tire Service Truck: 16' Box Truck and EzUp

  • This Sanction Application does not, in and of itself, constitute an agreement between the event and ARA.  The information supplied here will be used to create the contract. The signed Sanction Agreement will be the governing contractual agreement between the event and ARA.
