    Email a photo of it when you complete this form, as we are urgently looking for a suitable finished work (or works) to feature as this exhibition's poster and on promotional material. Email your completed work to HarmonyonHighStreet@gmail.com - the organisers will choose the most suitable work before 7 Oct and will seek poster approval from the artist/s. If your work is not finished, don't worry about this section.

All entries are assessed in order of when this form is received. All entrants will be emailed about the exhibition logistics as the exhibition draws closer.
