Joseph is an ordained Buddhist lay minister, Zen Peacemaker, and Buddhist meditation teacher out of the Dharma Punx movement. He explores practice through the lens of those who live an everyday life outside of a monastery, with emphasis on cultivating merit, generosity, and ethics, and through meditations on the four Brahma-viharas (loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity).
We will focus on developing a practice that is the right balance between striving with diligence and looking on with equanimity. This can be a challenge in day-to-day life as a Dharma practitioner.
