  • HEARTFELT PROPOSAL DESIGN – CEREMONY DÉCOR AGREEMENT

     

    This Agreement is made between Heartfelt Proposal Design (“Designer”) and the Client listed in the booking form.

    By signing this Agreement, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below for ceremony décor and design services.

     1. Scope of Services

    Heartfelt Proposal Design will provide professional ceremony décor setup and styling services as outlined in the Client’s booking form and confirmed proposal. Services may include floral arches, flower walls, aisle arrangements, pedestals, and other design elements.

     All rentals and décor remain the property of Heartfelt Proposal Design and must be returned in original condition at pickup or breakdown.

     

    2. Payments

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date.
    The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date.
    Late payments may result in cancellation of services or a delay in setup.

     

    No items will be reserved or delivered without a paid deposit and signed contract.

     

    3. Cancellations and Refunds

     Deposits are non-refundable.
    Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event may qualify for a credit toward a future booking within 12 months, subject to availability.
    Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will not receive a credit or refund.
    If the Designer must cancel for unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded in full.

     

    4. Delivery, Setup, and Breakdown

     Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included within a 30-mile radius of Randolph, MA.
    Additional travel fees apply for venues beyond this radius.
    The Client or venue representative must ensure that setup areas are accessible and ready at the scheduled time.
    Designer is not responsible for delays caused by other vendors, venue restrictions, or lack of access.

     

    5. Damage or Loss

    Client is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of décor items once setup is complete.

    Replacement costs will be billed to the Client based on the item’s full retail or repair value.

     

    6. Design Changes

     Any changes requested after signing must be submitted in writing. Additional costs may apply.

    Major changes (e.g., color palette, structure type) cannot be guaranteed within 14 days of the event.

     

    7. Liability

     Heartfelt Proposal Design is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by misuse of décor items, weather conditions, or interference by other parties.

     

    8. Force Majeure

    Neither party shall be held responsible for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or illness.

     

    9. Agreement

    By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this contract.
