Vendors & Sponsors are not confirmed until full payment is made. If we do not receive payment by the due date, the space will be released to the next vendor in line. Cancellation 60 or more days prior to the event will result in a 50% cancellation fee. All cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the event are non-refundable. As a vendor at a F&F Productions event you are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax to the Florida Department of Revenue on any sales you make at the event. It is your responsibility to register and pay sales tax on any sales with the Florida Department of Revenue and not that of the event promoter. Vendors will receive exact booth assignments in the pre-arrival vendor packet and are subject to change. Booth placement is made at the sole discretion of of F&F Productions. Weather can change quickly, and this is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be made due to weather conditions. Booth must be open and staffed in accordance with Vendor Hours. You are purchasing SPACE ONLY. Unless otherwise noted, you are responsible for providing tents, tables, chairs and weights (vendors may not use stakes to secure a tent). Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless F&F Productions, its parents, subsidiaries, partners, sponsors, agents, employees and assigns from any and all claims, causes of action suits, damages, theft, injuries and losses to any person or goods arising out of relating to the Festival. Vendor agrees that this release shall be a full and final compromise and release of any claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, known or unknown. F&F Productions shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond reasonable control, including, without limitation, COVID, weather, acts of God, fire, flood, terrorism, strikes, failure of suppliers or subcontractors to substantially meet its performance obligations under this Agreement. Vendor will be solely responsible for any and all sales, use, or other taxes, fees, permits, and surcharges imposed by any federal, state, county, or municipality in connection with the fulfillment of the Vendor’s obligations under this Agreement and any other agreements. Vendor and/or Sponsor shall permit photographs and video recording of their booths, employees and agents. All photographs and video footage shall be the sole property of F&F Production and may be exploited by us in any manner or media without obligation to the exhibitor.
