  • Parking at Pleasurewood Hills

Please ensure group leaders and staff are familiar with our parking terms.
  • Pleasurewood Hills operates paid for parking, managed by an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) operated by Smart Parking.

We offer complimentary parking for coaches and mini buses. However, these plates MUST be registered at reception. Failure to enter a number plate can lead to a Parking Charge Notice being issued. If a vehicle is dropping off, leaving the premise and returning, registering the number plate would be required for each visit.

There is a drop off/collection time allowance of 10 minutes before payment or registration is required. The responsibility of registering the number plates is that of the group and the coach providers. Pleasurewood Hills will not be held liable for any parking charges issued.

In the event parents wish to drop off or collect their children, the same drop off/collection allowance of 10 minutes applies.

It is the group's responsibility to inform parents of this, should they wish to drop off and collect their children. Pleasurewood Hills will not be held liable for any parking charges issued.

    • Damage to park property or property of another guest

This is a non-exhaustive list. We appreciate schools' co-operation to ensure all guests can enjoy a fun and safe day out, and request that they have a designated point of contact on park and that staff regularly walk the grounds to ensure their pupils are behaving. We encourage groups of high school students and academies to be no more than groups of 5.  Anyone found to be in breach of the above would be required to leave the park.
