PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE DONATING TO THE STALLION AUCTION!!!!!!

1. All mare care, shipping, vet expenses, etc. will be between the winning bidder and the stallion owner. 

2. No refunds for any reason. Death of stallion, inability to collect, sold stallions must be handled between the stallion owner and the winning bidder. The Lucky 7 Bonus will be held harmless in these matters. 

3. The bidding will begin at no less than $450. 

4. Bids will be accepted in $100 increments. 

5. A live foal guarantee is required with this contract. 

6. Foals conceived the year (s) your stallion is enrolled are automatically eligible and all horses running in 2026 by your stallion will be eligible. No foal nominations. 

7. Your stallion season for outside shipments must go until at least May 31, 2026. If this isn't possible, please enroll as a reference sire. 

8. A contract must be sent to the Lucky 7 Bonus to enroll in the auction - we will then send to the winning bidder copying you on the email once the winning bidder has paid. 

9. You will be provided the name, address, and phone number of the winning bidder upon conclusion of the stallion auction and receipt of payment. 

10. All Lucky 7 Bonus decisions are FINAL. Rules are subject to change in the future.
