Valentine's Day Dance Camp

Your teacher Ms. Mary promises to deliver the ultimate evening of fun, music, and dancing!

Your child will groove to the beats of their favorite KPOP hits, engage in imaginative craft-making, and enjoy high energy group games.

But that's not all! This camp also includes gym time for cartwheels, obstacle courses, and trampoline fun that will have your little ones bouncing with joy. The grand finale? A heartwarming performance for families at 7:45 pm. showcasing the skills and fun your child has enjoyed throughout the evening.

SUMMARY

For: Boys and Girls ages 5-12 (4 year olds are permitted if accompanied by an older sibling.)

When: Saturday, February 14, 2026 from 5pm-8pm (Pickup time 7:45pm)

Where: Dancer's Workshop of Yuma, 1335 South Pacific Ave Yuma, AZ 85364

Cost: $60/per child or $50/each for siblings

Bring: Water bottle and snack

Suggested Attire: Dance or athletic wear such as leotards, bike shorts, tank tops, leggings, or similar.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I, the undersigned, as the parent or legal guardian of the above-named child, fully understand that participation in dance and gymnastics activities involves inherent risks and hazards. I hereby voluntarily release, waive, and discharge GymKids. Dancer's Workshop of Yuma, its staff, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by my child, or loss or damage to any property belonging to my child, while participating in the camp activities or while in, on, or upon the premises where the activities are being conducted.

Medical Release:

In the event of an emergency, I authorize GymKids staff to obtain necessary medical treatment for my child. I understand that I am responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

Photo Release:

I hereby grant permission to GymKids to take and use photographs and/or video recordings of my child during camp activities for promotional and educational purposes, including but not limited to brochures, websites, and social media. I understand that these images will be used in a manner that respects the dignity and privacy of the individual.

Acknowledgment and Agreement:

I have read and fully understand this waiver and release and agree to its terms voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.

and include my child's first and last name on the payment. Receipt of payment will confirm my child's spot on the camp roster.
