Thank you for your interest in our event! Please fill out this form completely. The vendor fee is $30 plus $5 if you need electricity. Spots are roughly 10ft x 10ft. Spots do NOT include a table and chair. Once the form is filled out, you can send your payment through PayPal friends and family to pack4018sayre@gmail.com. If you do not have PayPal, and would like an invoice to pay, please let me know. All payments are final and there will not be any refunds. You may begin set up at 8am on December 6th and the doors will open at 10am to the public. You may not start tearing down until 2pm to give equal opportunity to all customers.
