This information will be used on our website and event forms. Please complete this entire questionnaire with as much detail as possible. Application submitted BEFORE NOVEMBER 15th to be considered for the event. This application will be reviewed and you will be contacted on or before NOVEMBER 19th. THANK YOU!

  • VENDOR NOTE:

    Applications are accepted through November 15th, 2025. Applications will be reviewed, but it is our goal to have as many vendors present as possible. We reserve the right to refuse any application. Merchandise in booth MUST beneficial to the overall experience or theme of the Event, MLM and Political booths will not be accepted. ALL BOOTH SPACES ARE OUTDOORS with NO POWER

  • Booth Reservation Fee (we will contact you if you have been accepted, then you will be invoiced and fee is payable by check or credit card)*
  • Check-In/Setup is Saturday, December 6th from 8am-10am. Booth must be ready to go by 10am. Do you agree to that.*

  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected vendors will receive an acceptance email (please keep an eye on your spam folder) and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.

  • Sales Tax:

    Kansas Sales Tax is 9.5%. Accepted vendors will be given a form to fill out Kansas Sales Tax Form.

  • Booth Specifics:

    You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables and chairs. We HIGHLY encourage a popup canopy with 3 sides. We are located on a street, so tent stakes will not work. It is also outside in the WINTER. So, COME PREPARED and bring LARGE weights for that canopy! Heaters are fine as long as the power source is quiet (such as an inverter style generator).   • Cancellation Policy:

    No refunds will be given for cancellation of vendor or event due to weather or other situations outside of our control. We will have the event if at all possible no matter the weather.
