• I assume all risks associated with my participation in any community event or activity organized by Camp Wyman Experiences (a program of Wyman Center, Inc.), including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, illness, or death. This includes risks related to location, environment, physical activity, weather, transportation, and interactions with other participants.

 

• For and in consideration of being allowed to participate in any community event hosted by Camp Wyman Experiences or Wyman Center, Inc., I hereby waive, release, discharge, hold harmless, and covenant not to sue Wyman Center, Inc., its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, affiliates, and partners (collectively, the “Releases”) from any and all liability for claims, demands, losses, or damages resulting from injury (temporary, permanent, or fatal), illness (including communicable diseases), or property damage, whether caused by the negligence of the Releases or otherwise.

 

• I understand that participation in such events is entirely voluntary and that I am not acting as an employee or agent of Wyman Center, Inc. I acknowledge that workers’ compensation does not apply to participants or volunteers in this context.

 

• I accept full responsibility for my conduct and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wyman Center, Inc. and its representatives for any harm or damages arising from my actions or misconduct during or related to the event. This agreement is binding on me and any persons or entities acting on my behalf, including my heirs, executors, successors, and assigns.

By signing this form, I confirm that I am registering myself and/or the additional participants listed above. I understand that my signature serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of this waiver on behalf of all listed participants. I affirm that I have the authority to provide consent for each participant named and accept responsibility for ensuring that all participants comply with the event guidelines and waiver terms.
