All students who study online must make note of the following:

1. All level 4 and level 5 classes are pre-recorded and loaded online onto your virtual classroom.

2. You can watch the videos whenever you are available, as long as the assignments are done on time and couriered to our Head Office as instructed.

3. Examinations may be written online OR at a face-to-face campus near you.

PLEASE GET THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION READY:

3. Highest academic qualification (e.g. Matric certificate)

POPI Act Status:

According to the POPI Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) Edu-build Institute will ensure that its systems and operations comply with its obligations including all systems onto which data is copied, compiled, collated, processed, transmitted, stored, collected, mined, altered or deleted or otherwise used, and will at all times be of a minimum standard required by Law and be of a standard no less that the standards that are in compliance with the international best practice for the protection, control and use of data.

Edu-build Institute will take all reasonable precautions necessary to ensure that the third party will treat members’ information with the same level of protection as required by Edu-build Institute. Information may be hosted on servers managed by a third-party service provider, which may be located outside of South Africa. Consent form. Payment Option (NQF Level 4 ECD - If applicable) PLEASE READ CAREFULLY LEVEL 4 PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Option 1

• Cash Payment of R11 050.00 (Eleven Thousand and Fifty Rand)
• A non-refundable registration fee of R2 500.00 must be paid before student will be allowed to start with the course.
• Three Months (3) are considered as Cash.
• There is a “cool off” period of seven (7) working days after payment was made.

Option 2

• Installment Payment =R12000.00 -R2 500.00 (Registration) = R9500.00 / R 950.00 / pm X 10
• A non-refundable Registration Fee of R 2 500.00 must be paid before the student will be allowed to start with the course.
• Three Months (3) are considered as Cash.
• There is a “cool off” period of seven (7) working days after payment.
• Payment terms are strictly Ten (10) months after the signing of the contract.
• Only students who achieve the required competency level will be allowed to graduate at the end of the course.
• A Contract and a Code of Conduct must be signed.
• Extra-mural activities are compulsory.
• Edu-Build Institute is not responsible for placements. It remains the responsibility of the Student to report any changes in his or her status.

Payment Option (NQF Level 5 ECD - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Option 1

• Cash Payment of R13 300.00 (Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Rand)
• A non-refundable registration fee of R2 500.00 must be paid before student will be allowed to start with the course.
•  Three Months (3) are considered as Cash.
• There is a “cool off” period of seven (7) working days after payment was made.

Option 2

• Installment Payment = R14 200.00 - R2 500.00 (Registration) = R11 700.00 / R 900.00 / pm X 13
• A non-refundable Registration Fee of R 2 500.00 must be paid before the student is allowed to start the course. Three Months (3) are considered Cash.
• There is a “cool off” period of seven (7) working days after payment is made. Payment terms are strictly twelve (13) months after the signing of the contract.
• Only students who achieve the required competency level will be allowed to graduate at the end of the course. A non-competent student must repeat a course for the full duration of that course, and the same fee structure will apply.
• A Contract and a Code of Conduct must be signed. Extra-mural activities are compulsory. Edu-Build Institute is not responsible for placements. It remains the responsibility of the Student to report any changes in his or her status.

Option 1

• Cash Payment of R14 300.00 (Fifteen One Hundred Thousand Rand)
• A non-refundable registration fee of R1700.00 must be paid before student will be allowed to start with the course. Three Months (3) are considered as Cash.
• There is a “cool off” period of seven (7) working days after payment was made.

Option 2

• Installment Payment =R15 000.00 - R1700.00 (Registration) = R13 300.00 / R 700.00 / pm X 19
• A non-refundable Registration Fee of R1700.00 must be paid before student will be allowed to start with the course.
• Three Months (3) are considered as Cash. There is a “cool off” period of seven (7) working days after payment was made.
• Payments terms are strictly twelve (13) months after signing of contract. Only students who achieve the required competency level will be allowed to graduate at the end of the course.

• All students are responsible for their own electronic devices and will ensure that devices are compatible with our minimum requirements.
• All students must ensure that they watch the pre-recorded videos on time.
• All students must work around loadshedding and cannot miss assessment/examination deadlines due to loadshedding or other technical defficulties not caused by Edu-build Institute.
• All students are responsible for their own courier costs.
• No student may WhatsApp or call lecturers, facilitators, or any other staff members after working hours.
• No student may harass staff members at any time for any reason.
• Students will treat fellow students and all staff members of Edu-build Institute with respect at all times.
• All students must send proof of payment for any payment made to Edu-build Online to finance@edu-buildonline.co.za or accounts@edu-build.co.za.
• Edu-build Institute and any of its affiliates are not responsible for registering any student with SACE - such responsibility lies with the student.
• No video links for pre-recorded class videos will be sent on WhatsApp, email, or any other social media platform.
• Students may not share links or classroom login details with any third party.
