This program is designed to fit your lifestyle, goals, and needs. For 12 weeks, you’ll receive a fully customized workout plan tailored around your schedule, time availability, fitness interests, and desired intensity—all with a focus on injury prevention, improved movement quality, and reducing everyday musculoskeletal discomfort.
Each week, we’ll meet online for coaching sessions that go beyond workouts. Together, we’ll cover:

- Holistic nutrition strategies to fuel your goals
Your investment for 3 months:
After completing the program, you’ll have the option to continue with month-to-month coaching or schedule periodic check-ins with Dr. Ellis to update and advance your plan as your goals evolve.
