* Venue: American Legion Post 539, St. Hedwig - 14290 FM 1349
* Event Date: 25 Oct 2025
* Vendor Setup Time: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
* Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Breakdown Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Setup Guidelines
* Vendors must check in at the designated entrance before unloading.
* All booths must be fully set up by 9:00 AM—no exceptions.
* You are responsible for your own tables, tents, chairs, and signage.
* Tents must be weighted or staked down securely (Texas wind doesn’t play).
* Electrical access is limited—only available to vendors who requested it in advance.
* No early breakdowns unless cleared by event staff.
Cleanliness & Safety
* Keep your area clean and trash-free throughout the day.
* Trash bags and disposal stations will be provided.
* Food vendors must follow all health and safety guidelines—permits must be visible.
* Fire extinguishers are required for any cooking setups.
* No open flames unless pre-approved.
Sales & Conduct
* Vendors keep 100% of their sales.
* Be respectful to guests, fellow vendors, and staff—Mama Mo’s is a drama-free zone.
* No loud music or amplified sound unless part of your booth experience.
* Sampling is encouraged—just keep it tidy and safe.
Cancellation & Refunds
* The event will go on - rain or shine.
* Booth fees are non-refundable.
* No-shows may affect future participation.
