    Based upon your answers—which I will send back to you FREE along with helpful growth tips—you will be able to clearly see areas of opportunity to enhance your personal and professional growth as an individual and as part of a team or organization. And by doing so, you can help make a positive and lasting impact on the world.

    This LOVE@WORK Self-Assessment is broken up into 4 brief sections based upon the LOVE Leadership Model (Listen, Observe, Value, and Empower) featured in my book, LOVE@WORK: Creating Communities of Purpose and Belonging for Revolutionary Growth in a New World of Work. Each section will have a few questions you should answer openly and honestly to ensure we accurately capture your current thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

    This survey should take you no more than 5 minutes to complete, and your answers will be kept strictly confidential.  

    However, the time you spend now could pay dividends in positively impacting your life and career, as well as enriching the lives of many others.
