    I acknowledge the following financial conditions:

    1. I am financially fit and can afford the monthly school fees of this centre.

    2. I understand that if I am unable to afford these fees, my child will not be permitted to attend classes.

    3. I also understand that Renatus Education reserves the right to dismiss my child without any prior notice, should my account be in arrears (between 30 and 60 days). Please select the payment option that you agree to.

    All monthly fees are due on the 1st of every month in advance.

  • Administration of Basic Medication:

    1. I, the undersigned parent, give my consent to Renatus Education staff to administer the following basic medicines to my child ONLY in emergencies for minor illnesses.

    2. Medication will be administered according to the age or weight of the child as listed on the medication insert Please only select the medication that you consent to your child receiving.

  • Medication disclaimer:

    'Renatus Education is not responsible for any incorrect administration of medication resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading directions or guidelines provided by parents, guardians, or authorised representatives. It is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that all medication instructions are accurate, clear, and up to date. Renatus Education will administer medication strictly in accordance with the written instructions provided. However, we shall not be held liable for any adverse effects, complications, or consequences arising from errors in the information supplied by parents/guardians.

    By providing medication and instructions, the parent/guardian acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the information and releases Renatus Education from any claims related to improper administration due to incorrect guidance. Our staff will record the exact dosage, time, date, and name of medication administered to the child according to written consent from the parent.

    Please note: Pupils are not to have in their possession any medication of any sort without a written note of permission from the regular family doctor and countersigned by the student and parents. The note should include clear instructions regarding the time and dosage of such medicines. Such medicines are to be brought to the school office immediately upon arrival at the centre. After that, a staff member will dispense the medication to the student.

    Renatus Education is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children in our care. However, by enrolling your child at our school, you acknowledge and accept that Renatus Education or Edu-build Institute cannot be held responsible for any harm, injury, illness, loss, or death that may occur while your child is attending the education centre, participating in educational-related, extra curricular or sport-related activities, or travelling to and from the premises.

    While the centre takes every reasonable measure to ensure the safety and well-being of all students through appropriate supervision, facilities, and policies, certain risks inherent in physical activities, outdoor play, sports, excursions, and other centre-related events are unavoidable.

    Parents/guardians are advised that it is their responsibility to ensure their child has adequate medical insurance and personal accident coverage where required. This disclaimer applies to all incidents, whether occurring on school premises or off-site during school-organised activities, and includes but is not limited to incidents arising from natural events, acts of third parties, accidents, or unforeseeable circumstances.

    By enrolling your child at Renatus Education you agree to release the centre, its staff, management, and affiliated entities from any legal liability or claims relating to such incidents. Please note that this disclaimer does not limit the school’s obligation to follow all relevant health and safety laws and regulations or its commitment to providing a duty of care in line with best practices.

    Staff of Renatus Education are not obligated to invigilate or supervise your child after daily tutorials end, that is daily at 13:00 or at any other agreed upon time. Your are to fetch your child prompty after tutorials, and outings end.

  • The Role of Renatus (The Servive Provider) for Homeschoolers (NOT APPLICABLE TO GRADE 0 LEARNERS WHO FORM PART OF THE PRE-SCHOOL)

    1. Understanding of Renatus's Role: I understand that The Service Provider is an extracurricular support centre that assists parents and learners with curriculum-specific support based on its chosen curriculum provider.

    2. Commitment to Homeschooling: As the person responsible for my child's homeschooling, I commit to actively teaching my child the required curriculum subject matter at home.

    3. Request for Supplementary Support: I request The Service Provider to reinforce, recap, and repeat these lessons through group sessions, individual sessions, or online/video sessions as might be necessary.

    4. Subject-Based Assessments: I request The Service Provider to assist with all Subject-Based Assessments and assessment related tasks for my child.

    5. Withdrawal and Financial Obligations: Should I decide to withdraw my child from Renatus, I will provide at least one calendar’s month's written notice and settle all outstanding fees before my child leaves the Centre.

    I understand that marks, tasks, files, and other academic records will only be released once the account is fully paid.

    6. Permission for Information Use: I grant Renatus permission to store, use, and share the information provided in this document for Centre-related purposes as long as deemed necessary. I also grant permission to the curriculum provider to share all relevant account information with Renatus upon request. This information will not be used for commercial or public purposes.

    7. Admission Process and Code of Conduct: I understand that admission to Renatus is not automatic upon application and that my child's application must be approved by Renatus management. My child and I agree to adhere to all of Renatus's code of conduct rules.

  • Right to terminate due to non-payment:

    1. Right to Terminate for Non-Payment Failure to Pay: If the client (parent/guardian listed herein) fails to make any payment due under this Agreement within 14 days of the due date, The Service Provider (Renatus Education) shall provide written notice of the default to the client.

    2. Cure Period: The client shall have 14 days from the date of such notice to remedy the non-payment.

    3. Termination: If the client fails to cure the default within the specified period, the Service Provider shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to:

    a) Immediately suspend services or obligations under this Agreement; and/or

    b) Terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the client.

    4 .Consequences of Termination: In the event of termination under this clause:

    a) All outstanding payments, including any accrued interest or penalties, shall become immediately due and payable.

    b) The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Client due to such termination.

    c) Any rights and remedies available to the Service Provider under this Agreement or applicable law shall remain unaffected.

    5. Interest & Recovery Costs: The Service Provider reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 5% per month and to recover any legal or collection costs incurred in enforcing payment.

  • 1. Right to terminate due to Destructive, Unruly, and/or Disrespectful Behaviour: Unacceptable Conduct:

    If the Client (parent or student) engages in conduct that is destructive, unruly, or disrespectful towards the Service Provider, other students, its staff, representatives, property, or any third parties involved in the performance of this Agreement, the Service Provider reserves the right to take appropriate action.

    2. Notice and Opportunity to Remedy: In the event of such behaviour, the Service Provider shall issue a written notice to the Client outlining the misconduct and, where appropriate, providing an opportunity to remedy the situation within 2 (two) days.

    3. Immediate Termination: If the behaviour is deemed serious, persistent, or if the Client fails to remedy the issue within the specified period, the Service may, at its sole discretion: a) Suspend services or obligations under this Agreement; and/or b) Terminate this Agreement with immediate effect by providing written notice.

    4. Consequences of Termination: Upon termination under this clause:

    a) The Client shall forfeit any deposits or payments made, subject to the discretion of the Service Provider.

    b) The Client may be held liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the Service Provider as a result of the misconduct.

    c) The Service Provider shall not be liable for any losses, claims, or damages suffered by the Client due to such termination.

    4. Legal Rights: This clause does not affect any other rights and remedies available to the Service Provider under this Agreement or applicable law.

  • Consent for Image Use Renatus Education values the privacy and safety of all children. We occasionally use images of participants on our websites, social media, and other advertising platforms to showcase activities, promote our programs, and share our successes.

    We seek your permission to use images of your child in this way. Consent Agreement I, the undersigned parent/guardian, give my consent for Renatus Education to use photographs, videos, or other media featuring my child for promotional and advertising purposes, including but not limited to: Websites Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Printed Materials (Flyers, Brochures, etc.) Digital Advertising Other Promotional Channels I understand that: My child’s full name will not be used in any promotional materials. These images may be used indefinitely unless I withdraw my consent in writing. I have the right to withdraw consent at any time by notifying Renatus/APL Online in writing, though prior uses may not be removed

  • Code of Conduct: At Renatus Education, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students and staff. The following guidelines are in place to ensure that our community upholds these values: 1. Prohibited Substances:

    1. The use of tobacco or vapes, alcohol, or illegal substances is strictly forbidden on Centre premises. Violation of this policy will result in immediate expulsion.

    2. Zero Tolerance for Bullying: Any form of bullying, including verbal, physical, or cyberbullying, is strictly prohibited. Students found engaging in bullying will face immediate expulsion.

    3. Respectful Conduct: All students are expected to treat each other, tutors, and staff with respect and dignity. Intimidation or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion.

    4. Property Respect: Vandalism or destruction of Centre property is strictly prohibited. Such behavior will lead to immediate expulsion.

    5. Dress Code: Students are required to follow a conservative dress code. The following are not permitted: High heels Cleavage-revealing attire Leggings without appropriate pelvic coverage Muscle shirts' or vests Tight or revealing shorts and skirts (attire should be no shorter than four fingers above the knee) o Excessive makeup

    6. Language and Conduct: The use of profanity, blasphemy, or any inappropriate language is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in disciplinary action.

    7. Attendance and Supervision: Students are not permitted to leave the Centre before the designated end of the day (13:00 unless otherwise specified) without prior authorization from a parent or guardian.

    8. Respect for All: Mutual respect is expected from all members of the Renatus community. This includes students, staff, and parents. Staff members are also expected to treat each other and students with the same respect.

    9. Anti-Discrimination: Discrimination of any kind—whether based on race, gender, religion, or any other characteristic—will not be tolerated and will be met with appropriate action.

    10. Accountability for Staff: No staff member is permitted to engage in bullying or intimidation towards any student. Such behavior will result in severe consequences and disciplinary action.

    11. Fair Investigation: All serious claims made by students or staff will be thoroughly and fairly investigated before any actions are taken. A mediator, Tamlyn Moosa, will be appointed as head of such investigations.

    12.Cancellation Policy

    12.1. Contract Termination Contract cancellations will only be confirmed upon receipt of written notification from the responsible parent or guardian. Written notice must be provided at least one calendar month prior to the desired termination date. The tuition fees for the notice period must be paid in full at the time the cancellation notice is submitted. For example, if you wish to terminate your contract at the end of May, written notice and payment for May’s tuition must be provided by the end of April. Written notice of cancellation is to be served by hand at: 10 Dean Place, Freeway Park, Boksburg, 1459.

    12.2. Refund Policy Refunds will only be made within one calender month after service of a written notice of cancellation upon Renatus.

    12.3. Mid-Year Cancellation Cancellations will not be accepted in the second half of the academic year. Should a learner leave during this period, the parent or guardian will be responsible for the payment of full tuition fees for the remainder of the year.

    12.4. Expulsion Policy Renatus reserves the right to expel a learner under the following circumstances:

    • If the learner verbally or physically assaults or bullies any person at the Centre.

    • If a parent or guardian bullies a student, another parent, or a tutor.

    • If the learner receives five misconduct forms.

    • If the learner vandalises Renatus Education or Edu-build Institute property.

    • If the learner is found in possession of, using, or selling illegal substances.

    • If tuition fees are unpaid for two (2) consecutive months.

    • Not adhering to the Code of Conduct.

    • Behaving in any manner the Centre management my find unacceptable or my negatively impact on the image of Renatus Education.
