    To register,  you Must reside in a County (Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne's, Sussex, Talbot, Wicomico, or  Worchester) that is on the Eastern Shore. 

    Due to the limited amount of shopping time and high volume of registered families, the adult listed in the first section is allowed to shop for 5 children (newborn to 17 years old) only. For those who are currently expecting, the baby MUST be born prior to the toy drive.

    Once this form is submitted, a team member from Tides of Grace will reach out to confirm your registration.

    PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BELOW
  • By submitting this form and attending the 2025 Toy Drive event, you agree to the following:

    Reside: You MUST reside in one of the Eastern Shore Counties.
    Children: Children are NOT permitted on the premises. Babies are allowed only if carried in a body carrier. Strollers, carts, or similar items are not permitted.
    Shopping Helper: You may bring one adult with you to assist you during your allotted shopping time. 
    Event Timing: Doors will not open until 6:15 a.m. Please keep the temperature in mind while waiting outside.
    Check-In: The check-in line will be organized by the last name of the parent or guardian listed on this registration form. If you requested a translator, a separate line with a dedicated translator will be available. 
    Entry Tickets: You will receive an entry ticket at check-in. Please keep your ticket safe, as it is required for entry. Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
    Identification: Event staff may ask to see ID to confirm your registration. 
    Waiting Area: Seating will be available until it is your turn to enter the shopping area.
    Toys: Toys are gently used and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability of specific items is not guaranteed.
    Gift Wrapping: Free gift wrapping will be provided for smaller items. Oversized items must be taken to your car immediately.
    Photography: A photographer will be present during the event. Your photo may be taken and used for social media, our website, or promotional materials.
    Shopping Bags & Gifts: A large shopping bag will be provided for each registered child. At registration, you will be informed of the number of gifts you may select for each child.

    You will have 48 hours to respond or your registration will be voided.
