We collect some data in some areasWe collect data - most ministry areas do a pretty good job.Data is very important! Ministries do it and are held accountable.

We see increase or decrease, but we make strategic decisions based on feeling.We mostly understand the data and have some measures to connect people.We fully understand the data, and we use it to make strategic ministry decisions.

We see HOW MANY people participate, but we don't know WHO.It takes several reports, but we see when someone stops participating.We readily see people begin to disengage, and we can quickly reach out.

We have to scroll through individual profiles to see participation.We can create multiple reports from our ChMS and compare them.We easily, clearly, and concisely see people and their participation.

We have a Church Management Software; isn't that enough?We have a ChMS and spreadsheets - the two kind of get the job done.We have a great system that compliments our ChMS providing clear, holistic, actionable data.
