A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT! PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY!
IT IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED THAT YOU HAVE A CONSULTATION WITH YOUR ARTIST BEFORE SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT.
Purpose of Deposit- since the option for walk-in appointments is currently unavailable a deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment. This deposit covers the artist's time spent preparing your custom design, holding your appointment time, setup costs, and covering possible no-shows.
Deposit Amount- the deposit amount is based off of tattoo size (as shown below). This amount will be included in the final cost of the tattoo at the time of your appointment. (Ex: your tattoo total cost - medium tattoo deposit = final cost for your tattoo/ $450-$100=$350)
- Deposit for x-small tattoos = $30
- Deposit for small tattoos = $50
- Deposit for medium tattoos = $100
- Deposit for large tattoos = $150
- Deposit for x-large tattoos = $200
Non-Refundable Policy- deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, rescheduling outside allowed timeframes (see below), or failure to show up. Please note that deposits can not be considered or used as tips. The artist will not begin working on the tattoo design until the deposit has be recieved.
- Rescheduling and Grace Period- all clients are allowed a 30 minute grace period. After the grace period ends you must notify the artist. Clients may cancel/reshedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits can be transferred to another appointment time as long as the deposit is not subject to forfeit (see below). Please keep in mind additional reschedules may require a new deposit.
Forfeiture of Deposit- your deposit will be forfeited if:
- you cancel your appointment without notifing the artist.
- you reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice.
- you reschedule an appointment more than twice without communicating with your artist.
- you do not show up to your scheduled appointment.
- you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice.
- you arrive to the scheduled appointment intoxicated.
- you arrive to the shceduled appointment without vaild ID and cannot be tattooed.
- you make significantly major changes to the tattoo idea, concept, design, etc. after the artist has already begun working on the perviously agreed upon design/idea/concept.
- you decide the day of your appointment to not get tattooed.
