Arts Education Grant Application

The Arts Education Grant, available through the Cultural Arts Alliance's Art For All program, is designed to inspire Walton County K-12 students to explore, create, and express themselves through the Arts. The CAA provides direct grants to teachers in public schools, private 501(c)(3) schools, and home school settings, funding projects, supplies, and tools that support and integrate Visual, Literary, and Performing Arts in the classroom.

Grants are awarded biannually, supporting innovative projects that bring Arts experiences to life and give students hands-on opportunities to engage, learn, and grow creatively.

Approved applicants can receive a maximum award of $1,000 up to two times per year.

Grant application deadlines are:

November 17, 2025 for use January 2026 - May 2026
May 18, 2026 for use June 2026 - December 2026

All grantees must provide a summary report for their grant, and no subsequent grant requests will be considered before a prior grant report is submitted. Grantees must also provide receipts for the purchases as part of their grant report before consideration for additional grants. Summary report forms are available here.

General Arts-based Supplies - literary, visual and performing arts supplies to be used for classroom instruction (examples: books, painting and drawing supplies, creative writing journals, instruments and tools used to construct 3D art projects)Special Projects - projects may be part of an existing visual, literary, or performing arts classroom, including but not limited to special exhibitions, art project creation and performances. Projects can focus on arts-enhanced or arts-integrated curriculum in a general or non-arts-based classroom. (examples: incorporate performing arts to tell the story of a history lesson, use visual arts to demonstrate functional equations in a math lesson, produce 3-D art projects representing biological or chemical processes in a science class, manipulate arts supplies to evoke emotional or therapeutic responses in a social science class, etc.)
