Home + Neighborhood Preparedness: Front Step CLT 11- 12 p.m. Main Room Learn about safety planning and ways of preparing your home + neighborhood for disasters; Meet your neighbors and vision neighborhood infrastructure to make our communities more resilient and connected.
Mutual Aid + Pod-Mapping: Front Step CLT, Five Valleys Resiliency Network 12:30-1:30 p.m. Main Room Learn about Mutual Aid Model and Response Examples, Explore and practice Neighborhood Pod-Mapping as a tool for building networks of care and solidarity.
Tenant Organizing: Missoula Tenants Union 2-4 p.m. Main Room Get a hands-on introduction to building tenant power—from forming tenant associations to door-knocking and identifying key stakeholders. Learn practical tools for connecting with neighbors, mapping your property, and having your landlord meet your needs!
De-escalation: Clark Fork Gun Club 3- 5 p.m. Side Room Learn how to recognize signs of escalation and practice techniques for responding to and de-escalating crises.
Know Your Rights: National Lawyers Guild 4:30- 5:30 p.m. Main Room Learn how to protect you and your neighbors’ constitutional rights.
Harm Reduction: Open Aid Alliance 5:30- 6 p.m. Side Room Learn practical harm reduction skills you can use to improve health and safety in our community.
Food Sovereignty: Seedlings 4 Solidarity 6 - 6:45 p.m. Main Room Learn about the foundations of and Montana’s current pathways to food sovereignty, hear about Seedlings 4 Solidarity’s work, and vision food sovereignty in Missoula in 2026 in beyond. Note: We are collecting a recipe share at this workshop, please bring your favorite seasonal recipe!!
