Foundation Member – $55/month
4 Classes/month (value $60+)

We highly encourage our dancers to consider the Creator Tier — it’s the perfect balance of access, mentorship, and opportunity.
1. Membership Term & Payments
Membership operates on a month-to-month basis and is managed through Patreon.
Your membership automatically renews each month until you cancel through your Patreon account.
Memberships are non-transferable.
Cancellations must be completed directly through Patreon.
Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused time.
2. Liability Waiver
By participating in any classes, workshops, rehearsals, or events offered by Motion Collective Dance, Inc. (“MCD”), members acknowledge and agree that:
Dance and physical activity involve inherent risks, including the possibility of injury or accidents.
Participation is voluntary, and members assume full responsibility for any risks involved.
MCD, its instructors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during participation.
Members are encouraged to consult a physician before engaging in any physical activity, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions.
3. Media Consent & Release
By enrolling, members grant MCD the perpetual, royalty-free right to photograph, record, or film participation in classes, workshops, performances, or events.
This content may be used for:
Social media posts, advertisements, and website content
Print materials, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
Internal presentations and educational purposes
Members waive the right to inspect or approve such media and understand that no compensation will be provided.
This consent remains valid for one year from the date of enrollment unless revoked in writing.
4. Code of Conduct
Members agree to:
Show respect for instructors, staff, volunteers, and fellow members
Follow class guidelines and safety instructions
Refrain from disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior
MCD reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time for violations of this code, without refund.
5. Liability for Personal Property
MCD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought to classes, workshops, or events.
Members are encouraged to secure personal belongings at all times.
6. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By enrolling in the Motion Collective Dance Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the liability waiver and media consent release.
