• I give my full permission to receive services from Dez's Sets.
• I confirm that I do not have any open cuts, wounds, contagious conditions, or infections (including nail fungus, warts, or skin disorders) on the areas to be treated.
• I will inform my nail technician of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect my service.
• I understand that nail services involve the use of products and tools that may cause allergic reactions or irritation, and I release the technician/studio salon from liability for such reactions.
• Results vary depending on nail health, lifestyle, and aftercare. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
• I will follow the aftercare instructions provided to ensure the longevity and safety of my nail services.
• A deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to my service.
• I agree to give at least 48 hours’ notice if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of my deposit or a cancellation fee.
• After 10 minutes of being late will result in a late fee, after 15 will result in rescheduling.
• All services must be paid in full at the time of the appointment.
• No refunds will be issued once services are completed. If there is an issue, I may contact the service provider within 48 hours for a possible fix or adjustment at the technician’s discretion.
• I understand there is no extra people allowed at the time of the service. (I am willing to accommodate under certain circumstances).
• I understand photos may be taken to promote on all social media platforms (@dezs.sets). If you do not agree or feel comfortable with this please let me know.
• I understand that my service provider will inform me on when it is okay to enter, and I will wait inside my vehicle until then.
•I release the salon and nail technician from any responsibility for damages or injuries that may occur as a result of receiving nail services, provided proper care and professional standards are followed.
