As a busker, I understand that:
- There are limited spaces for performers at this event and performers will be situated amongst the markets. The Yass Valley Christmas on Comur Street working group managing the markets will determine at their discretion which applicants are successful to attend the events and which unfortunately are not.
- Not all performers’ applications will be accepted.
- The subcommittee reserves the right to determine the location of your performance.
- The event will go ahead regardless of weather conditions on the day.
- Performers are responsible for ensuring structures and displays are firmly secured in the event of wind/inclement weather.
- Without the required information & compliance stated in the previous pages - the application cannot be submitted and will not be considered for inclusion in the event.
- Successful applications will be notified of their location, and bump-in/bump-out time prior to the event.
- There is no access to power this year. All vendors that require power must supply their own battery equipment and cable covers.
