    Cookie Bliss Bundle orders are not confirmed until all details are received and we confirm availability. We are currently accepting orders for 2025–2026 events, with pricing ranging from $20 to $40 depending on the box size (2, 4, or 6 cookies). Each bundle is beautifully packaged and ready to gift, featuring a mix of decorated sugar cookies, drop cookies, or a combination of both. Orders should be placed at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order, with the remaining balance due on the day of pick-up or delivery.

You can select a Little Bite of Bliss (2 cookies), Double the Delight (4 cookies), or Half Dozen Happiness (6 cookies). If you’re ordering more than one bundle, please let us know the quantity and cookie choices for each box in the notes below.

    Custom Order Booking Window

    • A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required for custom cookie orders
    • Orders requested with less than 2 weeks’ notice may be accepted based on availability and are subject to a $45 rush fee. 

    Order Confirmation

    • Your date is not confirmed until all order details are received and your deposit is paid.
    • We are currently booking for 2026 -- dates fill quickly, so early booking is encouraged. 

    Payment Policy

    • 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking to reserve your date.
    • Final balance is due 2 days before scheduled pick-up or delivery.
    • Accepted payment methods: – Square Invoice – PayPal – Venmo

    Pick-Up, Meet-Ups & Delivery

    • Free home pick-up is available from our Snohomish, WA location during the scheduled window.
    • Delivery within 20 miles is available for a $30 fee, based on availability. 
    • Requests to meet at an alternate location outside the delivery radius my incur additional fees depending on distance and travel requirements.
    • All delivery or meet-ups fees are quoted and approved in advance.

    Cookie Decorating Classes

    • Tickets are requred and non-refundable.
    • Private classes require a minimum of 8 participants.
    • Private parties, team events, and clelbrations are welcome.

    Illness Policy (Classes & Orders)

    • If illness prevents you from attending a class, please notify us as soon as possible.
      • While tickets are non-refundable, we're happy to transfer your spot to another guest or future class when notice is given in advance. 
    • If illness affects a custom order, deposits remain non-refundable; however, when notice is provided before producation begins, a one-time date transfer or account credit may be offered at our discretion. 

    Pick-Up Timing

    • Orders must be picked up during the schedled window.
    • Orders not picked up within 24 hours may be forfeited without refund due to food safety and scheduling constraints.
