ORDER & PAYMENT POLICY
If you choose to design your hat OFF LIVE (via text):
Once your order request is submitted, I will contact you within 1-5 business days to discuss your hat details. During the design process, I'll send images for your approval via text.
Please note:
You will not be charged until your custom hat is completed. At that time, an invoice will be sent to your email. Payment is required immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Your hat will not be pressed or shipped until full payment is received.
Lack of communication or repeated failure to submit payment will result in removal from future purchasing and custom opportunities. If i do not receive a response within 24 hours after reaching out to begin your design, your order form will be deleted and i will move on to the next customer in line to avoid delays.
If you choose to create your hat ON LIVE (via Facebook/TikTok):
We will design your hat together in real-time during the live session. if i call your name and you are not there, you will be moved to the back of the line up. Once your customization is complete, an invoice will be sent. Immedicate payment is required.
If no payment or communication is received within 1 hour of invoicing, your design will be disassembled and the invoice canceled. Repeat instances of non-payment or lack of communication will result in being blocked from placing future orders.
