* Players will need to be a minimum of 16 years of age as of the first game played (max. of 2 players aged 16-18 per team)

* Pitchers will need to be a minimum of 21 as of the first game played

* Players who played Div1-Div2 during the previous Summer season will not be permitted to pitch or catch

* Players who pitched in Div1-Div4 the preceeding year are not permitted to pitch in Winterball
