    Inspections of machines are to be carried out daily by operators. If any issues are identified with the machine, immediately report these items to your supervisor. If the issue directly impacts the safe operation of the machine, tag out the machine immediately and report it.

  • Are machine tyres in good condition?*
  • Are machine tynes in good condition, and free from cracks?*
  • Are machine chains/cables in good condition?*
  • Is machine battery in good condition, and is water sufficiently topped up?*
  • Is machine battery connector in good condition?*
  • Are machine ROPS and load backrest in good condition?*
  • Are machine lights, horn, and seatbelt (if applicable) functioning correctly?*
  • Is machine steering operating correctly?*
  • Are machine hydraulic controls working correctly?*
  • Are machine brakes and park brake working correctly?*
  • Is machine battery indicator working correctly?*
  • Does machine power isolate/disconnect switch work correctly?*
