2026-2027 School Year Registration
Completion of this form indicates your understanding that this is an application for enrollment in the St. Vincent de Paul Child Care program and that application does not guarantee final acceptance for enrollment.

Completion and submission of this form is due by November 14, 2025.

A separate application form must be submitted for each child for whom child care services are desired.

The following enrollment priorities will determine acceptance:

Priority 1--children of SVdP parish or school employees
Priority 2--children currently enrolled in the child care program who will be returning for another year in SVdP Preschool
Priority 3--siblings of children currently enrolled in child care who will be enrolled in SVdP Preschool next year
Priority 4--any other children enrolled in SVdP Preschool who request child care services on a full-time (M-F for full or partial days) basis
Priority 5--any other children enrolled in SVdP Preschool who request child care services on a part-time (using child care fewer than five days a week) basis; Priority 5 registrations will be given secondary consideration and will be notified at a later date regarding acceptance

If your child is accepted to the child care program for 2026-2027, payment of a $200.00 nonrefundable application/registration fee will be required. Payment of that fee may be made beginning January 1, 2026 (do not pay earlier for tax purposes) and must be made by January 14, 2026. $150.00 of that application fee will be applied to your December, 2026, bill.

Below are child care service options available to you with the per-day cost for each option provided.

For each service option listed, please check the days of the week for which you wish to enroll your child in SVdP Child Care. Some families may need only one option for one or more days a week; other families may need to select two or more options for varied days per week.

Priority will be given to full-time registrations (those registered for all days/times not attending SVdP Preschool).

Billing will be based on options/days you select.

SVdP Child Care does accept Title XX subsidies. Please contact us if you would like to receive information about the application process.
