I, the submitter of this form and artist acknowledge I am submitting my original artwork for consideration and sale at the Frost Jam Themed Deck show. If the artwork is accepted that the Mitchell Area Arts is allowed to use the image provided for marketing and will collect a 20% consignment upon sale of the artwork. If my artwork does not sell, I am responsible for picking up or the shipping fees to return my artwork. Artwork not picked up within 30 days following January 31st, 2026 signifies my abandonment of the artwork and it's ownership. My signature completes my agreement to these terms.
