54th Annual SAEOPP Conference - Vendor Call For Proposals
  • 54th Annual SAEOPP Conference

We are excited you are interested in submitting a proposal for SAEOPP Fifty-Four, “Anchored in Access: Navigating Success Together,” happening February 1–4, 2026, in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC! This is your opportunity to showcase your products/services, meet TRIO program decision-makers, and increase your brand visibility. SAEOPP is looking for bold, creative, and impactful proposals that will energize and equip educators in the College Access and Success field. As part of your submission, be prepared to include a detailed session outline and identify your target audience — so we can help you connect with the right change-makers. Let’s navigate success together — submit your proposal and make your mark at SAEOPP Fifty-Four!
  • Due to space and time limitations and to encourage diversity of topics, the conference committee will only accept a limited number of high-quality proposals. Therefore, we encourage vendors to submit one relevant proposal that is specific and detailed to justify viability.

After the November 15th deadline, the Conference Committee will evaluate all proposals. After the review period, the Conference Committee will select highly rated proposals. Notifications regarding your proposal status will be sent by mid-December. Workshops will be presented on Monday, February 2nd and Tuesday, February 3rd.  SAEOPP thanks you in advance for contributing your time and knowledge.
