Gingersnap Showdown - PSLinLights Experience

Calling all creative bakers!

Show off your gingerbread masterpieces in this year's Gingersnap Showdown at the PSLinLights Experience on Saturday, Dec. 6 from 2-7 p.m. at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center.
Whether it’s a classic cottage or a wild winter wonderland, we want to see your sugary skills on display. This is a great opportunity to promote your business, spread holiday cheer and compete for sweet bragging rights!

Setup: Friday, Dec. 5, 3-6 p.m. or Saturday, Dec. 6, 8 a.m. to noon

Display: Saturday, Dec. 6, 2-7 p.m.
Entry Fee: Free

Awards: Three winners will be selected to receive a gift card and commemorative plaque.

Registration Deadline: Noon, Saturday, Nov. 29

Judging: Residents will be the judges by scanning a QR Code.

Rules
1. All entries must be edible. No non-food materials allowed.
2. Homemade elements encouraged.
3. Stick to the theme. Your creation should reflect the holiday spirit.
4. One entry per person or team. No duplicates.
5. Setup time is limited. Arrive early and be ready to display.
6. Judging is final. Scores are based on creativity, difficulty, workmanship, homemade elements and use of color. Each category is worth 10 points.
7. All creations must meet the size specification of a 2' x 4' base.
8. Have fun and be festive!
