Ultrasound Advanced Learning Course: Point of Care Ultrasound

• Date: March 29, 2026
• Time: Live models will be needed from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm (with breaks)
• Location: Music City Center, Nashville, TN
• Compensation Amount: $150 + $40 Ground Travel Stipend 
  • The ground travel stipend is provided to help offset mileage, parking, or rideshare costs. 
• Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are included.
• Models are eligible to claim CME credit as a volunteer for the course
• Heart, chest, legs, neck, and abdomen will be scanned on models (gel and ultrasound probes will be used; no needles involved)
• Live models with BMI under 25 preferred

This Volunteer Agreement is a description of the arrangement between us, Society of Hospital Medicine, and you (the volunteer) in relation to your voluntary work.  The intention of this agreement is to assure you that we appreciate your volunteering with us and to indicate our commitment to do the best we can to make your volunteer experience with us a positive and rewarding one.
