HORSEBACK RIDING: If you would like to sign up for a 30 minute horseback ride around Sankanac during free time on Saturday, please choose one of the options below. Please be prepared to pay $40 in cash or check (made out to Camp Sankanac) at the barn before you ride. First come first served. Weather permitting.

By signing below, I understand that by participating in any Sankanac activity or program, I release Camp Sankanac, BCM International and any personnel thereof from any and all liability for or by reason of any injury or damage of any nature that may be sustained by myself, my belongings or any member of my party. I understand that Camp Sankanac/BCM and any personnel thereof are not found liable or financially responsible for any injuries sustained while I am participating, nor medical expenses incurred from injury on the camp property.

I agree with BCM International/Camp Sankanac's doctrinal statement and will conduct myself in alignment with it while staying at Camp Sankanac. I understand that smoking, alcohol and drug use are prohibited.

I give full permission for Camp Sankanac to use photos and videos from this event for promotional or fundraising use, including our website, social media and publications. By signing below I agree to allow Camp Sankanac to contact me using the information listed on this form. In an emergency, I hereby give full permission to the physicians selected to hospitalize, order x-rays, routine tests, treatment and to order injection and/or anesthesia and/or surgery as necessary for my well-being. By participating, I hereby commit to reading and adhering to all Sankanac policies, safety guidelines and rules and agree to treat camp property, camp staff and other guests with respect and consideration.
