This form serves as the official registration for Central PA Talent's baby/toddler database. The database is for babies and toddlers under the age of 4. Families are welcome to register multiple children; however, a separate form must be submitted for each child. If your child is selected for our Baby/Toddler database, you'll receive our non-exclusive agreement for your review and signature. You will also be given the opportunity to review our booking policies before signing. While a parent or legal guardian is not required to be present during a job, a reliable adult chaperone must accompany the child and remain attentive throughout the duration of time on set. Please note: Most bookings occur during standard business hours. A flexible daytime schedule is essential for both the minor and their chaperone. When your baby or toddler fit the requested age range for an upcoming project, you'll be contacted via email. If your child is available and the project is of interest, please respond via email with their measurements and recent photos within one business day. The photos do not need to be professionally taken, but they should be clear and well-lit. Anyone who submits their child to a casting call will be notified once selections are made by the client.
