    Ages 5–17 | $60 per 5-Week Session
    Location: Schroeder Park – 2600 S 13th Ave, Broadview, IL 60155

    Session1: Jan 5th-Feb 6th 

    Session2: Feb 9th-March 13th

    Session 3: March 16th- April 17th 

    Session 4: April 20th - May 22nd 

    Session 5: May 25th-June 26th 

    Session 6: June 29th- July 31st 

    Session 7: Aug 3rd- Sept 4th 

    Session 8: Sept 7th -Oct 9th

    Session 9: Oct 12th- Nov 13th 

    Session 10: Nov 16th-Dec 18th


    🥇 Program Overview
    Start your boxing journey with fundamentals and grow into a confident, skilled athlete under the guidance of Coach China, who brings:
    ✅ Over 10 Years of Boxing Coaching Experience
    ✅ 15 Years of Personal Training Experience

    All students begin in Beginner Level sessions focusing on:

    Footwork
    Drills
    Technique
    Discipline
    As students progress, they will graduate to Intermediate and Advanced levels.
    Advanced students will participate in:

    Sparring Sessions
    Contact Drills
    Enhanced Conditioning & Strategy
    Once skill levels are established, class times on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will be split between Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced groups.

    Mondays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
    Wednesdays: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
    Fridays: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION
    The Broadview Park District is committed to conducting its recreation programs and activities in a safe manner and places the safety of all participants as a top priority. We continually work to reduce risks and ask that all participants follow the safety rules and instructions designed to protect their well-being.

    However, participants must understand that by choosing to participate in any program—including Youth Boxing—they are voluntarily assuming inherent risks of injury.

    All participants are strongly encouraged to review their health insurance coverage. Each participant is solely responsible for determining if they are physically fit and properly skilled to participate in a given activity. If you have any disability, illness, injury, or other physical condition, it is advisable to consult a physician before participating—especially in physically demanding activities like Youth Boxing.


    WARNING OF RISK
    Even with proper preparation, instruction, equipment, and medical advice, the risk of serious injury cannot be entirely eliminated. By participating in this program—including Youth Boxing—you acknowledge that certain risks, dangers, and injuries may occur, including but not limited to:

    Physical contact and blows to the body/head
    Acts of God or unforeseen weather conditions
    Slips, trips, and falls
    Equipment failure or defects
    Inadequate supervision or instruction
    Misuse of equipment or facilities
    Carelessness, horseplay, or lack of technique
    Premises-related hazards
    These and other risks are inherent to the nature of Youth Boxing and recreational activities in general. Therefore, it is impossible for the Broadview Park District to guarantee absolute safety.


    WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
    Please read this section carefully. By signing this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    In consideration for being permitted to participate in this program—including Youth Boxing—I hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation. I understand that injuries, damages, or losses—possibly severe or permanent—may occur as a result of my participation.

    I further agree to waive and relinquish all claims I may have (or may accrue to me) against the Broadview Park District, including its officers, officials, agents, volunteers, and employees (collectively referred to as “the Parties”).

    I do hereby fully release and forever discharge the Parties from any and all claims for injuries, damages, or losses arising out of or in any way connected to my participation in this activity, including Youth Boxing, whether on or off Broadview Park District property.


    ACKNOWLEDGMENT & SIGNATURE
    I have read and fully understand this Activity Waiver & Release Form, including the information regarding Youth Boxing, the warning of risk, and the waiver and release of all claims. I understand that if I am registering online or via fax, my electronic or facsimile signature has the same legal effect as a hand-signed original.

    PARTICIPATION WILL BE DENIED if this form is not signed and dated by the participant and, if under 18, by a parent or legal guardian.
