I understand that I am a volunteer for the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce and that there are inherent risks in this activity and that the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce does not carry insurance for its volunteers. Therefore I, or my parents or guardians (if applicable), shall save, keep, and hold harmless the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce its officers, employees and volunteers from all damages, costs, or expenses that at any time may arise due to personal injury or property damage out of my participation as a volunteer.

Believing that the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce has need of my volunteer services, I understand that and agree to:

Hold confidential all privileged, trade secret, or other confidential or sensitive information I may learn while volunteering for the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce.
Donate my personal time to the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce without contemplation of compensation or future employment.
The Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to terminate my volunteer status at any time for any reason and with or without cause.
As a volunteer, I am not an employee of the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce and am not entitled to any benefits, compensation, insurance coverages or any other benefit enjoyed by employees of the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce.
