Parade information:

• ***ALL DRIVERS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD WITH A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CAR INSURANCE
• Line up will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 14.
• Participants should enter Rehobeth High Schools from South Park Ave
• All entries must be designed in good taste. Any offensive entries will not be allowed to participate. This is kid and family friendly. CHRISTMAS LIGHTS ON FLOATS AND VEHICLES ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED
• Candy or goodies to be tossed is encouraged, but please do not hurl at spectators, a toss will suffice
• Parade will begin at the entrance to Rehobeth High School on Malvern Road and will travel through both four-way stops and end up on the Rehobeth School entrance adjacent to Rehobeth Walking Trail. 
• Walkers WILL be permitted but must have something lit on their body (light up head band/bracelet/necklace etc) they will put in the line-up where it is the most "safe" between other entries

PARADE ENTRY WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I, undersigned, as individual or as group representative, herby release, remise and forever discharge The Rehobeth Women's Club, it’s Officers, Directors, Employees, and Staff severally or jointly, the Town of Rehobeth, Houston County Schools and Rehobeth Primary, Rehobeth Elementary, Rehobeth Middle and Rehobeth High School and all volunteers of and from any and all liability, claims, actions and possible causes of action which may accrue to any individual or member of the group from every and any loss, damage and injury ( including death ) that may be sustained while participating in the parade. APPLICATION WILL BE VOID IF NOT ACCOMPANIED BY THE WAIVER.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT (MUST BE SIGNED (printed) BY PERSON IN CHARGE ) I (we) assume all risk of bodily injury or property damage the I/We may incur in participating in the Rehobeth Christmas Parade 2024 and I/We hereby, for myself, my child, my heirs, executors and administrator do hereby, expressly and forever waive and release any and all claims against and agree to hold harmless the Town of Rehobeth, the Rehobeth Women's Club, Houston County Schools and Rehobeth Primary, Rehobeth Elementary, Rehobeth Middle and Rehobeth High School and all their respective Officers, Directors, Employees, Staff, Volunteers, Agents, Representatives, Successors or Assigns of any kind from any and all claims which may be made for any cause whatsoever arising as a result or in connection with the participation of me or my child or any other family member or persons in my group in the herein mentioned event.
