2025-2026 GSHH Bronze Award Submission Form

Congratulations on completing your Bronze Award! Follow these steps to easily submit your information and receive your certificates and patches.

Complete just one form together as a troop or group who completed the Bronze Award.

No need to submit a time log- Girl Scouts honor! Your troop leader should review your time log and ensure that the 20 hours have been met. You can choose to share one if you would like.
Share a group photo and 1-2 additional photos, videos, or other supporting documentation to upload here.
Double check your name, spelling, and address. Submit ALL names of Girl Scouts receiving the Bronze Award.

Certificates and patches can be picked up at our Bronze Award Celebration Showcase taking place on May 2, 2026 at the Palisades Mall, picked up at one of our council shops or locations after the event, or can be mailed directly to the troop leader or designated volunteer.

All Girl Scouts who have earned the Bronze Award are invited to celebrate the accomplishment of earning the Highest Award available to Junior Girl Scouts! Girl Scouts will receive a certificate and Bronze Award patch. Pins, additional Bronze Award merchandise, and gifts will be available for sale by the GSHH Retail Shop. Girl Scouts may share a Bronze Award project if they are currently a Junior, or 6th grade Cadette who has completed the Bronze Award between October 1, 2024 and March 31, 2026.

Girl Scouts are invited to put together a display on what they accomplished with their Bronze Award. This can be a poster, tri-fold poster board, photo album, etc. They will have the chance to share their projects with other Junior Girl Scouts who have also earned the Bronze Award in addition to any other guests.
