Venue:  Kuss Memorial – Smyrna, TN

Tuesday, November 11

8:30am:  Arrive to School Dressed in Concert Black

9:11am:  Come to Choir Room at beginning of 1B

               Rehearsal in Choir Room

10:00am:  Depart for Kuss Memorial

11:00am:  Town of Smyrna Veteran’s Day Celebration

12:00pm:  Depart Town of Smyrna

12:15pm:  Arrive Sam Ridley for Lunch on own.  Options = Camino Real, Buffalo Wild Wings, Penn Station, Moe’s, Chick-Fil-A, Wendys

1:15pm:  Depart for SCHS

1:35pm:  Arrive SCHS – change into school clothes

1:56pm:  Go to 4th Block

Notes:

• Bring Cash for Lunch or bring a Sack Lunch
• Arrive in Concert Attire before school
• Bring a change of clothes if you want to change for 4th block
• We will travel via SCHS Activity Bus

I give my child, {studentName}, permission to travel to the Town of Smyrna Veteran’s Day Celebration on November 11, 2025 at the Kuss Memorial in Smyrna, TN with the Stewarts Creek High School Choirs.

• I understand that they will ride in the SCHS Activity Bus.
• I understand that we must pack a sack lunch or bring cash for lunch.
• I understand that my child must make up all work missed from this excused absence from class.
• I understand that my child must follow all RCS policies and procedures while on this trip.
