    Apply to be a vendor at Kansas City's ORIGINAL Holiday Maker's Market: The Holiday Swing. This year we are creating an incredible experience for you at some of Kansas City's greatest venues.

  • This is a back-up vendor app. The Swing was juried on 10/22. We will email you within two weeks of receiving your back-up application to let you know if you are in!

    The 15th Annual Holiday Swing will span TWO holiday weekends at TWO incredible venues beginning November 29th and culminating December 21st.

     

    WEEKEND ONE: Saturday & Sunday, 11/29-30 at The Alexander Majors Barn & Grounds at 8201 State Line Road, Kansas City, MO 64114 in Waldo. 

    Booth Fees:

    Outdoor Booth: $200

    Indoor Booth: $300

    WEEKEND TWO: Saturday & Sunday, 12/20-21 at The Guild & Paradise Garden Club, 1601 Locust Street, Kansas City, MO. 64108

    Indoor Booth: $250

    Admission is free for guests.

    INDOOR AND OUTDOOR BOOTHS ARE AVAILABLE FOR WEEKEND ONE. WEEKEND TWO IS ENTIRELY INDOOR.

    We do not provide tables/chairs.

    There will be power available for vendors.

    ONLY HANDMADE/DESIGNED ITEMS AND VINTAGE ITEMS ARE ACCEPTABLE. No direct sales items are allowed.

    This event is juried.  We, along with our trusted jury, will review each application and take a variety of items into consideration when choosing our vendors.  We are looking for quality handmade items, a cohesive brand, great photographs of your items so we can see what you make, innovative items, etc. Application fees cover this jurying process and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

    Applications close Sunday, October 19th at 11:59pm. The jury will deliberate and send out vendor acceptance emails by Wednesday, October 22nd at 11:59pm.

Each weekend will have a seperate booth fee for the weekend (example: if you are accepted for Weekend One and Four, you will have two seperate booth fees. We will have payment plans leading up to the events so that you do not have to pay the entire booth(s) at once.
