We are on the lookout for emerging collaborators to join us in our journey. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to collaborate on plant content with leading Plantfluencers from across the globe. You will get the chance to meet Sydney Plant Guy, The Bearded Plantaholic, and Kaylee Ellen. Make content of All the Expo happenings. There are three levels of Plantfluencers: 

Headline Plantfluencer: 500K+ Followers across all social media platforms - please email Renay@bigplantexpo.com for 2027 application

Plantfluencer: 20k-499K followers across all social media platorms 

Collaborator: 5k-20k followers across all social media platforms

Please Note: If you're approved one year, does not gaurentee approval for the next year.

This is The Collaborator Contract:

Must have a plant or plant related audience (ex: plant collector, plant education, plant products, plant related projects)

Collaborator Agrees to the minimun content creation:

Starting from your approval date, Post on all socials once a month every month leading up to the Expo, 1 Video with all Expo details and your discount code for 10% off tickets. 

Starting Febuary 1, 2026, Post twice a month getting the public hyped about going to the Expo. (2) videos with all event details.

You will be included in making (2) group hype video's with the 2026 Plantfluencer and Collaborator team.

We will ship you your free t-shirt for content creation prior to expo.

Content Friday of setup and the vendor interviews happening. (1) 20 second live video and or(1) 20 sec. edited video

Content Saturday. (1) 20 Second Live Video of high attence traffic areas, and (1) 20 sec edited video. You will be asigned a specif workshop, talk, or event to cover for the day. 

Content Sunday. (1) 20 second live video and (1) 20 sec. edited video. You will be asigned a specif workshop, talk, or event to cover for the day.

1 video after expo showing your experience. 

All content needs to be upbeat, happy, and informative. Do not in any way put any vendor, sponsors, volunteer, staff, or public in a negaive light. We will be assigning classes and workshops for each Collaborator to cover. You may also be asked to help in volunteer capacity. 

If you have a specific subject, give away, or talk you would like to contribute, please email renay@serareplantmarket.org with your ideas.

We have included the layout to help visualize our Event! This years Theme is "Enchanted Forest" being designed to help better the experience. We hope you join us for this amazing weekend of plant FUN!!!

1. This is a 2-day event, April 25th 8 AM - 10 AM VIP; 10AM - 6PM & April 26th 10 AM - 5 PM with Vendor awards 5PM-5:30PM 2026.

2. Set up is Friday, April 24th 9AM-6PM We will have a load-in schedule closer to the date so we can give you a set interview schedule. (Building will be locked down and secured for security purposes promtly at 6PM)

3. Load- Out is Sunday April 26th 5:30PM- 8PM 

4. Please follow date and time schedule provided. Please notify Renay if you might be late to any of the appearance times during the event. 

5. As an collaborator you agree to keep and maintain a good, professional working relationship within the The BIG Plant Expo's plant community and the public. We want fun, happy, exciting vibes, we work hard to maintain a great working relationship with our plant community, and want to keep the upbeat, happy, sharing, loving community South Carolina is!

6. All staff working with an collaborator, are required to wear an expo badge. Each influencer must be present to collect their packets for themselves and staff. No badges or packets will be given out otherwise. You may purchase extra badges if you need more than your package allotment. Please check-in at the front desk/office with Renay before continue into the Expo hall on Friday.

7. All "guests" of collaborators coming into the expo, whether doing business, family visiting, customers who have pre purchased products and are picking up, must pay admission to be admitted into the expo.

8. Any collaborator who leaves before the expo concludes (Sunday, April 26th at 5 PM) will incur a penalty charge of the full package fee (valued at $1,500.00 USD) for each day they were committed to appear. To ensure the expo maintains its appearance, and integrity you must remain throughout the entire event as agreed upon. If an emergency occurs during the expo, please contact Renay immediately. You will NOT be charged if you need to depart due to a family or health emergency. However, any influencer who exits without any notification or reason will be liable for the full fee.

9. If collaborator backs out of this contract before scheduled date of Expo, and deposits and or payments have been made, you will be required to return all money back that has been paid out to you in the event you cancel your appearance. 

10. In the event the North Charleston Coliseum cannot provide the normal scheduled Expo dates because (1) of its inability to provide utilities, facilities, or other services. (2) of force of majeure or (3) the faclity exercises its emergency powers to vacate the Coliseum. Those events shall not be construed as a breach of contract and there shall be no obligationon The BIG Plant Expo to refund any exhibitor payment nor will The BIG Plant Expo be liable for damages caused by such actions.

The BIG Plant Expo reserves the right to remove you as an influencer immediately or for future events if you choose to not follow any of the above application guidelines.
