Required Event Request Documentation

As part of the event request process you must also submit a set of required documents. Please complete this action according to the steps below:
Step 1 - Review Event Manual

All the manuals for the Norwegian skill badges are located on our website: https://www.norway.no/en/usa/norway-usa/about-embassy/

Step 2 - Prepare Documentation

Using the respective skill badge manual as a reference, prepare an event concept of operations (CONOP), official request and requirements verification memorandum, and event requirements checklist. Each manual contains hyperlinks to shell documents prepared for each type of skill badge.

Step 3 - Submit Documentation

Each document must be formatted as follows:

CONOP: Requester Last Name - DDMMMYY - SKILL BADGE ABBREVIATION CONOP
Memorandum: Requester Last Name - DDMMMYY - SKILL BADGE ABBREVIATION MFR
