TAHI New Zealand Festival of Solo Performance and Dunedin Arts Festival, is presenting the inaugural TAHI Ōtepoti from October 15th - 18th, 2026. TAHI Ōtepoti will uplift, amplify and celebrate the powerful voices of Aotearoa NZ’s storytellers.

We want to nurture bold new work, present fresh perspectives, and highlight the rich diversity of solo theatre in Ōtepoti and beyond.

TAHI Ōtepoti will programme predominantly local artists plus select work from elsewhere. We are looking to programme solo performance within the following parameters:
- Both established and emerging artists.
- New work and stage ready work.
- Multi-disciplinary performance - including theatre, dance and music.
- Diverse, surprising, innovative and exciting stories.
TAHI Ōtepoti will provide: venue hire costs, basic production rig, venue technician, marketing, hauora and ticketing with a 50/50 box office split.
