You may book under either of the following:

b) Pre-paid Package(s): set bundles (for example, bottle and mixers) from £200. Package value counts toward the minimum spend.
3) Deposit & payment

b) Card guarantee (optional): we may securely store a card to charge no-show/late-cancellation fees per section 5.
c) Service charge: will not be added
4) Price transparency
Displayed prices include all taxes. Any minimums, package contents, time limits, and fees are shown before you confirm your booking (pre-contract information).
5) Cancellations, changes & no-shows
a) Fair notice: Cancel at least 48 hours before the start time for a full refund of any deposit.
b) Late cancellation: If you cancel inside 24 hours, we may retain up to the smaller of your deposit or a reasonable estimate of our loss (for example, unused stock or lost slot).
c) No-show: If you do not attend within the grace period in 6c, we may retain the deposit and release the booth.
d) Cooling-off: For online/off-premises bookings there is generally a 14-day cancellation right, but leisure services for a specific date (such as a dated booth reservation) are exempt. We still offer the goodwill periods above.
6) Arrival, duration & capacity
a) Timeslot: Booths are allocated for 4 hours starting from your booked time.
b) Capacity: Maximum six guests per booth.
c) Grace period: We hold your booth for 15 minutes past the start time; after that it may be released.
d) Underspend: If your in-venue spend (including packages) is below the minimum, the shortfall will be charged.
7) Conduct & licensing
a) Strictly 18 and over. Challenge-25 ID may be required.
b) We may refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive guests and may end a booking without refund if safety or licensing is at risk.
8) Allergies & food safety
Please tell us about allergies in advance via the form. We take care, but cross-contact risks remain in a bar environment; guests with severe allergies should assess suitability before attending.
9) Damage & losses
You are responsible for damage beyond fair wear and tear to fixtures, furniture or equipment in your booth area. A reasonable charge may be applied.
10) Force majeure
If events beyond our control mean we cannot honor a booking, we will offer to move your booking or refund deposits paid.
11) Photos & media (optional)
We may capture general venue content for social media. Tell staff on arrival if you prefer your booth not be included.

b) What we collect: Name, contact details, booking details, card-guarantee token from our payment provider, and any allergy information you choose to share.
c) Purpose & lawful basis: To perform the contract (manage your reservation, take payment), and for legitimate interests (prevent no-shows, secure the venue). Marketing is consent-based and optional.
d) Sharing & transfers: We use vetted processors including Jotform (form provider) and SUMUP. Data may be stored or accessed outside the Bailiwick; we use appropriate safeguards. Guernsey has adequacy recognition for EU-level data protection; we apply ODPA guidance and contracts for any non-adequate transfers.

13) Unfair terms
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. We do not rely on terms that could be unfair under Guernsey’s Trading Standards framework
