    For Summer 2026
  • Since 1986, Ozark Mission Project has been providing unforgettable, Christ-centered mission experiences in Arkansas. 

    SUMMER MISSION WEEKS

    WEEK 1: June 7-12 - Bentonville, Shoal Creek Camp ($365), Little Rock

    WEEK 2: June 21-26 - Maumelle, Fayetteville, Paragould

    WEEK 3: July 12-17 - North Little Rock, Cabot, Bentonville

    Summer Mission Weeks run Sunday at 2pm through Friday at 12pm

    Registration is completed online. We offer a three tier registration structure. A 30% deposit for reserved spots is due following your mission week selection. You will be emailed the information to complete that payment. 

    Early Bird rate is $325, available through December 31.
    Regular Registration rate is $350, available January 1 through March 1.
    Late Registration rate is $375, available through April 1.

    Any funds paid toward the group balance are nonrefundable, including the deposit paid. Group numbers are considered final on February 15th and full payment for the number of spots reserved is required. Registration Closes and Final Payment is due by April 1.  Groups will have the ability to set up payment plans to pay the remaining trip balance online.

     + Youth must have completed the 6th grade by summer to participate. This means youth will be rising 7th graders in the summer, so at the time of registration they could be in 6th grade. 

    **IMPORTANT NOTE: LARGE GROUPS If you would like to register more than 35 participants at a location, please contact Jules to discuss mission week logistics. Jules can be reached by email or phone: 479.212.8017.

    **IMPORTANT NOTE: INDIVIDUALS If you would like to register youth unaccompanied by an adult for a mission week please contact Jules. She can be reached by email or phone: 479.212.8017.

  • The Group Contact is the main contact for all mission week communication. All necessary information will be communicated directly with this person. Should this contact need to be changed, it is the responsibility of the originial contact to communicate the change with Ozark Mission Project.

  • Vehicle and Community Builder Information

    **IMPORTANT: For every 3-10 youth registered, 2 Adults with a vehicle that can fit that amount of people is required. Adults serve as family group leaders. 2 adults in every vehicle will transport 3-10 youth to and from job sites, participate in the project and mission activities, and will assist in maintaining the safety and positive atmosphere for youth throughout the mission week. Adults must have a vehicle that can safely transport the appropriate number of youth. If you want to register less than 3 youth, please contact Jules (janderson@ozarkmissionproject.org) first.

    By submitting this form, you have selected spots for a mission week loction. Registration is not complete until a deposit is received. Instructions for payment will be sent to you following the submission of this Mission Week Selection Form. We offer a three tier fee structure.

    Paying the Deposit: A 30% deposit per youth and adult community builder is due following registration to secure your spots. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. The deposit is used toward the total per youth and adult community builder. You will receive instructions by email for how to make your payment online and finalize your spots. Your deposit needs to be received by our office within 2 weeks of reserving your spots. We must receive your deposit for you to be officially registered. If not received, your reserved spots may be released to the public.

    If you are interested in applying for full or partial scholarship for your group, or know a student who needs scholarship assistance, please review the scholarship applications available on our website. Scholarships will be reviewed and applied toward your remaining mission total.
